On day six
With some prussiking tricks
We managed to survive again.
Making damper for lunch
That was a pleasure to munch
We did a canyon with no cause to complain.
On Day 6 we did a side trip into yet another creek system that contained a deep and beautiful system of canyons. There were three abseils today and on the second of these we couldn't pull the rope down so I had to prussik up and re-rig the ropes. Additional excitements in this canyon were a diamond python and a goanna. It was a great day which included exploration of another side creek and we ended up at a beautifully sheltered campsite at the end of another small canyon.
