Day 4 - 30 Dec 2008

On day four

It was canyons galore

For two we would do today.

They both were deep

But one was more steep

So we were glad the rope held sway.

On Day 4 we did two classic canyons and entered a more familiar creek system. The first of these was so deep and dark that none of the photos from my small digital camera are worthy of showing. But the second canyon was less dark and below are the photos from this canyon. The canyon had about 4 abseils in total, and the final abseil was at least 25m in length. After doing these two canyons we headed down to a larger creek to camp.
