Day 7 - 1 Jan 2008
On Day 7 we explored a different gorge. Again, this gorge is very seldom visited. We then did some spectacular ridge walking to arrive at a camp site from which we would begin our final phase of exploration. Near our camp site were some beautiful flannel flowers.

Here is Jo walking in the creek that we explored on New Year's day. This creek was larger than some of the other creeks we had been exploring. It was also a warmer day today, and we were walking in the water as often as out of it. |
