Day 4 - 23 Jan 2007

On the fourth day we ventured back into the headwaters of a tributary of the creek we had done the day before. We had been unable to get up this tributary from the bottom and we wanted to check it out as we suspected there could well be canyon in here. We were not disappointed.

Jo in the canyon that we found in this tributary. We actually managed to reverse this canyon and climb out the top of it back to the ridge.

That afternoon we entered a tributary of another creek and found more impressive gorge formations.
