MountainSphere Adventures | Navigation Weekend 27-28 March 2021

The most recent 2 day navigation weekend went ahead as planned just days after the flooding rains suddenly stopped. The 9 clients experienced several rare and wonderful sights. The first rare sight was Gooches Crater as a lake, still inundated in about 2m of water following the recent rains. The second rare sight were the pink flannel flowers, nearing the end of their flowering but still looking fresh in a few places. Then add to this perfect weather, water levels only slightly higher than normal, the campsite to ourselves and a fantastic group, this was a special navigation weekend indeed! Thanks to the 9 ladies for your great company and enthusiastic participation!
