A trip to Mt Gundungaroo, near Glen Davis in the Capertee Valley on the June Long Weekend, 9-11 Jun 2012.
We reached the summit of Mt Gundungaroo just on sunset on the first day. Then, after a beautiful clear night under the stars we woke to find ourselves surrounded by an ocean of valley mist blanketing the Capertee Valley below us. Out of this mist the escarpment of the Capertee Valley rose like a prow ....
On this trip were Rachel Melrose, Maria Traversa and myself.
