A Trip to Woila Creek and Mother Woila, Deua National Park, 14-17 Apr 2006

Below are some photos from an SUBW trip to Deua National Park, NSW Australia during the Easter long weekend of 14-17 Apr 2006. For a full write up of the trip, you can read the trip report. It was an excellent 4 day walk in a spectacular and rugged wilderness area in south east New South Wales.

Highlights of this region are its stands of eucalypt forest, its steep quartzite ridges, and beautiful creeks and streams.

The party of 8 were Kateryna Chemerys, Rob Hynes, Jacqui Knox, Rachel Melrose, Tom Murtagh, Will Prino, Kendy Burke and Ashley Burke . The trip was led by Ashley Burke.
